Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers on social media, phone, and live chat. Convert into sales. For this, you need to know clearly about our products. Sales are the primary KPI.
- Coordinate between different team when some questions or issues come from customers.
- Build a strong, targeted relationship with regular customers and understand their needs.
- Report different types of complaints/issues from customers, and solve them.
- Follow-up, follow-up, and again follow-up.
Requirements
- 2-weeks of FREE industry specialized professional training (we can provide).
- Fast learning is A MUST. Collect and remember all customer service and product-related knowledge.
- Cool temperament, experience to handle any unexpected, unfavorable, and unfriendly situation.
- Fast typing ability in desktop/laptop (35 words/minute).
- Good writing and verbal skills in English and Bangla.
- Must be strictly discipline-oriented.
- Must able to handle computers, the internet, Facebook, Google doc, and dropbox.
- Ability to work under pressure.

a. Full-time – 9 hours/day, 6 days/week (in office).
b. Part-time – 9 hours/day, 4 days/week (in office), or 6 hours/day, 6 days/week (in office).
