Recruiting Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing and Content)

In Styline, we are looking for a mid-level marketer (at least 6 months to 1-year hands-on experience) to manage our digital marketing and content marketing.

Currently, the problem we have is – digital marketing and content part are too separate. Digital marketing doesn’t have a well-connected plan on contents and vice versa, this is creating issues to answer one problem – which contents should be promoted to whom to achieve our 3A3R sales funnel target.

We need someone who joins this void and also successfully plans and executes the major two components of marketing – digital and content.

This role needs decision making and process building capacity, so freshers are not encouraged to apply.

Job Description

  • Understand the vision of the company and follow the brand director’s directions to develop and maintain engagement with consistency across every digital touch-point.
  • Attend monthly and weekly sales plan meeting and present the sales funnel (AAARRR), show the findings, and analyze the success and imitation of the marketing activities to achieve the funnel target.
  • Define and execute lead generation strategy for different campaigns.
  • Plan and execute SEO strategies.
  • Brief content team to create customer-facing contents, and schedule in the marketing platforms.
  • Analyze and report on campaigns against KPIs
  • Work closely with production and logistics to ensure targeted marketing of products.
  • Benchmark and competitor analysis reporting.
  • Research and develop new ideas for customer acquisition
  • Plan and develop affiliate marketing programs.
  • Manage paid social advertising, monitor and allocate budgets to minimize CPA and maximize ROI and ROAS.

Requirements (What we Look Into a Candidate)

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience.
  • Good knowledge about e-commerce and startups in general.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice.
  • Experience managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, PPC, SEO, e-commerce, and Affiliate programs.
  • A disruptive, agile, and driven mindset to bring results.
  • Excellent ability to understand and analyze customers’ mindset.
  • Take the ownership of work – build process, and continuously improve.
  • Creativity and ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal copy-writing skills.
  • Should be ready to make hands dirty in a startup environment; means you not only plan things but execute to some extent and supervise closely.

What we Offer

  • Salary range 40K bdt monthly for a full-time role. Initially, it will be a part-time role (4 days weekly) in the first month, the expected salary range of 20K bdt monthly. This involves training and achieving targets. We call it a successful completion and move towards a full-time role once we see you have full control over our sales funnel.
