Recruiting Manager of Retail – Lifestyle Startup

Styline, the leading modest marketplace in Bangladesh, is hiring again and this time in retail section. Stores are new frontier for us and we already setup 5 stores in Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet. We need a talented, goal-drive and ambitious individual who will take the responsibility of sales growth in our retail section.

Job Description :
1. Driving sales growth in overall retail, setting target, achieving the target.
2. Manage, recruit and retain human resources, training, performance monitoring.
3. Campaign plan, running campaign in stores.
4. Products forecasting, maintaining which items to promote / display, Product requisition.
5. Build the bridge between Brand managers & Stores in charge.
6. Submit weekly report to brand managers.
7. Need to conduct monthly store audit, taking care of missing products.
8. Store budget planning.
9. Analyze market competition and opportunity to open new store.

Job location: Dhanmondi, Dhaka; but have to travel frequently outside Dhaka stores.

Experience Requirements:
At least 2-3 years practical experience in store sales growth and operation.

Additional Requirements :
1. Know how to sell.
2. Proven track record of growing sales in fast-paced and growth-oriented multi-functional environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, Self-motivated & effective communication skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Disruptive and driven mindset to bring result anyhow.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
